POLICY FOR PRIVATE PROJECTS

Occasionally it's important to restrict the number of bidders to a select list of subcontractors and suppliers with the specific capabilities you require, as well as a proven track record with your company. That's the whole idea behind PRIVATE PROJECTS.

With PRIVATE PROJECTS, you control the access and we do all the work!

Any contractor bidding as a “Prime Contractor” has the ability to place plans in Private Projects.

Each Prime Contractor is allowed up to 6 projects per calendar year at no charge. A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional project.

Projects placed in Private Projects in the month of December, but bid in January will be counted on the calendar by the actual bid date.

Public Projects to Private Projects: Companies moving public projects to private will be charged a $25 fee per project.

You must be a current member of Lincoln Builders Bureau to submit a Private Project.

If a Prime Contractor places a project in the public projects, we reserve the right to list all Generals bidding that project for the benefit of all members.
